Fees & Cancellation Policy

At Pathways Counseling, we believe in transparent and straightforward pricing. Each fifty minute counseling session is $100 USD, and this is the only fee you will be charged. There are no hidden costs, subscription fees, or additional charges—just a simple, per-session rate designed to make accessing support clear and accessible. You also have the option of paying $400 USD if you pay for five sessions up front.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Sessions are scheduled and paid for securely through the Calendly app.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will not be refunded except in the case of a medical emergency.
